Registered Nurse to Bachelor of Science in Nursing
The Registered Nurse to Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree provides a course of study for RN's to enhance their critical thinking and communication skills while concurrently developing their leadership abilities. Northwest Nazarene University allows registered nurses educated with Associate Degrees in Nursing to broaden their education as well as increase their career with a Baccalaureate degree. This degree completion program is fully accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
The program is designed to:
- Eliminate barriers and maximize credit for previous education.
- Can be completed in as little as five semesters.
- Ideal for nurses with work and/or family responsibilities and is tailored for non-traditional learner needs.
- Features small classes, accessible faculty, and an asynchronous cohort model. Students generally take from 6 to 9 credit hours per semester and are considered full-time students.
